I would suggest 500mg test every week and 200mg tren e to start. If you wanted to use oral tren, the only time I would do it is kick start it. Otherwise once your tren E kicks in, the oral tren would be redundant. As for acne, the key is to keep your hormones as level as possible. If you split your shots up to more frequency, your levels will not go as high or as low within your week. This in itself will help big time. So if you take this in 2 shots a week and find that acne is starting to get worse, go to the same doses split into every other day. Also keep your estrogen under control too. These will be the keys. As for thing you can do to help acne, washing with antibacterial soap, not wearing the same shirts more than 1 day in a row. Change your sheets at least 2x wk. Light tanning helps keep the skin dry too. And make sure you hammer the water to keep toxins flushed
