    Hey bro have a question for you since you're very knowledgeable. I want help on making my next cycle. I wanted to know what proper dosage would be ok for my next cycle and to some advice for changing compounds. I have done many cycles and they all have gone well with good results. My favorite cycles have been with test prop with Npp and arimidex as my AI with clomid as my pct for about 12 weeks. I usually run test prop at 1.2 cc and Npp from .50-.75 cc with .25mg of arimidex eod. I am 6ft 2 inches, 235lbs, 29 years of age and 13% body fat. I also wanted to ask advice on switching my test prop to sust. 250 but wasn't sure how i should dose that or if i could just keep that at 1.2 cc as it has short and long esters in it and if I could stack NPP with it. I'm basically wanting to use Sust. As my next test compound wirh NPP and arimidex but any advice on the next cycle and pct would be greatly appreciated. I'm basically wanting to stay or become more leaner without having to bulk so big as before I got to 260lbs.

    Hey brother, first I will say that the “best cycle” is a cycle of compounds that works well for you. So if NPP is good for you, then sure thing, you should use it! So with the Sust, you can dose that very similar. If you had done 1.2cc EOD and that comes out to 120mg per shot, you could do something similar with Sust, taking 125mg EOD (probably .5cc depending on how strong the Sust is dosed) and get a great effect. Only thing I would say is that you can run that a lot longer. With the slow ester, thats going to build up. So I would shoot for 12 wks. You could use the NPP for the last 8 to 10 wks. Adex could be dosed as usual at the start but over time as the test builds up, you might want to increase. So maybe moving up to .5mg EOD. You can use more if needed. Then for PCT, you want to wait 3 wks after your last shot of Sust since it takes longer to clear. You could keep running NPP for part of the time you’re waiting for the sust to clear. In general, I don't use much prop. The low mg per ml
