Hey buddy. Some guys do ok with 25mg ED. Some are good with 12.5. Everyone is individual. I would suggest starting higher and then seeing if you are ok with less. The second you sense any sides, take a dose of 25mg ASAP. And just remember this whole thing is about diet and training. The gains you make are going to be about getting enough food and training like an animal…a smart animal lol. Give yourself enough rest. Eat enough food to make progress and train hard while you are in the gym and you will be able to transform your physique. Remember that you want to cycle off at the end. Its tempting to keep going. Just remember that health is the most important part of the equation. Without health, you cant maintain your physique. And its only through the hard diet and training that you can maintain the muscle you gain on cycle.
