I will give you a couple options to pick from. NPP at 300-400mg EW. This is the short acting version of deca. Low water retention and good effect. You would want to break this up into more frequent shots. So if you wanted to do EOD shots, that would be perfect and it would work well since you are using sust which has short esters and works well in an EOD shot plan. My other suggestion would be EQ.  About 400mg EW would be good and you can inject this just a couple times a week. This will take longer to build up so I would run your cycle longer, 12-16 wks.
