For a runner, she should be able to maintain pretty well with the right diet. Thats the key to fat loss. Diet. So on to what you do want. My first choice would be clenbuterol. This will burn fat and is still relatively safe. I would suggest starting with 20mcg taken every day first thing when she gets up in the morning. Then after 2 wks increase to 40mcg. Then after 2 more weeks, go to 60mcg. Continue doing this, increasing by 20mcg until she gets to 100mcg. Then after 2 wks at that dose, come off for a break. She can also add yohimbine at up to 10mg a day which will compliment the clen nicely.
