It all depends on how much GH you have. 2-3 iu first thing in the AM or pre workout would be the baseline. You can run this long term too. Well past the cycle itself. The longer you can stay on, the better. If you move to 4iu or higher, I might take 2iu AM, 2iu pre workout if you train later in the day. Either way though, split it up or take it all at once, morning, night, pre etc. The key is to just get it in your body
