We all store fat differently so losing it is just going to come down to dieting differently. To lose fat, you need to reduce cals in some fashion. To gain, you need to eat a surplus. So you can see your 2 goals are opposite of one another. And remember, steroids will not remove fat. Its the diet and cardio. As far as gear goes, test should be the base of all cycles, bulking or cutting. I would suggest test e or cyp at 400-500mg EW split into 2 shots. Arimidex at .5mg to 1mg EOD to control estrogen. 10-12 wks total. Then if you want to focus on bulking, 25mg Dbol for the first 4-6 wks. If you want to cut, winstrol at 50mg ED for the last 6 wks. If you want to focus on fat loss, clen would be a good addition. Don't forget to learn what PCT is and understand what you will need to run that properly.
