    I just received this and didnt realize it came in a powder form. Do i mix with bac? How much and then what does should I take and how often? 42 yo female, as of now I use nothing else.

    Yes This is a protein peptide. Once mixed, it needs to be kept cold. What you want to use is bacteriostatic water.
