Yes. I would not start with Nolvadex but later in the diet, when you need to push that extra distance, it will help you lose fat and get a harder, drier appearance. So much so, for girls that are super lean in figure, I’ve had times where we’ve needed to be careful not to over do it. Dosing would be no longer than 8 wks. No higher than 20mg. I would start with 10 for a few weeks. See what you notice before going up. The less you can take, the better. As much as it can help, it also takes time to recover and get back to normal. Thats why you want to use it at the end when you have exhausted everything else and gotten very lean through diet, cardio and fat burners first. If you wanted to start with a compound, clen would be the first place I would look.
