Hey buddy, experience tells me that you need to give yourself a longer time frame. 5 wks is not enough time to make any real changes to body fat. In the first couple weeks you will have lost some water weight and in 5 wks, you will still be fairly similar to where you started, once you start adding dbol and bulking. This is a common mistake that guys make and their efforts cancel themselves out. They end up never having gotten really lean and never having gained the muscle they wanted. So pick a direction and give yourself enough time to make a difference. Depending on your body fat, even guys that start with abs need 8 wks to diet. If you cant see your abs, it will take a lot longer to get lean. Then on the next run, give yourself time to grow. Growing muscle is a slower process. Experienced guys will need a long time. Unless you are already massive, 10 months of growing is not a long time. Basically, look at the bigger picture
