For all oil based gear, it will be the same. I assume you are going to also be using test. That is the base of all your cycles. So something like 500 test/400 EQ would be good. If you have not used injectables before, I would just use the test. Cyp or test e are the easiest esters to work with. For test and EQ you want to inject 2x wk but you don't need to just use glutes. Glutes are probably the most forgiving muscle to inject into but other easier to hit areas are quads and delts.
