Hey buddy, at 5’7 you have either not been training long or have not been on a good diet. Either way, I want to stress to you that diet is key. then I would try to plan your cycles out ahead of time. Dbol is a great compound for mass gains but you’ve already been on cycle for awhile. If your standard cycle lasts about 10-12 wks, you want to take a break soon and do a PCT or risk shut down. While you take some down time, you can get that diet nailed and really figure out what you want to do for your cycle plan. Test at 500mg, like you are doing now is a good plan. You could do that again, or you could add the Dbol in for the first 6 wks of a 10-12 wk cycle. If you get your diet into the best place it can be, you’ll be ready to unlock some serious gains in that next run!
