This is a unique question for the QA which is always refreshing. I think that Myostatin inhibitors have been blown out of proportion. I have not used them and I can say that they are not the secret that the pros are using but if you use them long term, you may see a slight benefit that you would not have gotten otherwise. I would not put Epicat at the top of the list of supps to get but if you have the extra finances and want to give it a try long term, you may get something more than you would have gotten without it. Just don't expect to look like a Myostatin deficient bull ;)
