    Hi there. 32yr old 230wt 5'10" looking to cut fat. I just found out my T is at 218... F**K! Higher estrogen and SBGH(sp). Perfect candidate for T therapy. On Test Cyp, 100mg x 2 week, Ana .5mg 2 a week, clom 25mg ED. And thyroid of 30mg everyday (he wants to check out the TSH and T3/T4 with me on it). 4 weeks on it. Feeling good. I've got more fat than I'd like, even with clean eating, although I eat more for performance than physique. I do strength and conditioning workouts, no high intensity stuff, and then 30mins of accessory work. 20-30min low intensity cardio eod. Given a bigger picture I'd like to look better for myself and my lady. I tend to side of the more athletic side of things, than lets say Rich Piana haha. I've never done this, so I am a complete newbie. A friend who uses regularly recommended "3 bottles of test, 3 bottles of tren, 42 pills of anavar" would rather get another opinion of a more seasoned person though. Any suggestions? Also was told trestelone acetate would be a good one as well. I just don't wanna screw myself up to be honest. I'm looking for clean advice.

    Hey brother, sounds like a good move being on TRT. Since you are new to gear, you don't need to go crazy to get a great result. Just increasing your test to 500mg EW along with a little more Adex will be a totally different experience than what you are getting out of replacement. At your current dose, it acts like the hormone naturally acts but when you increase, it becomes a drug with drug like effects. Test is the key. From there, if you wanted to add in anavar, sure, that works. You’ll see some great strength and clean gains from it. Around 50mg for 6-8 wks is a good dose. You shouldn't get any bad sides from a cycle like this and you will get very strong. I would suggest leaving the tren out for this one. No real need for it and honestly, its not a fun time for most people. Lifting should be about having fun and feeling good. For your goals, theres no reason you should have to deal with temper issues, insomnia, etc. If you do a few cycles and down the road want to give it a try, go for it but my suggestion for now would be to see what you feel like on 500 test for 12 wks and 50 var for 8 wks.
