    I'm about to start my first cycle in over eight years. Wks1-14 test C (@450 mg) wks 1-10 decca (300 mg). I have clomid, novadex and hcg. How would you take these? Internet has to many suggestions and makes me confused. Also where is a good place to learn about meal plans? I'm 185lbs and would love to gain 15- 20 lbs. thanks.

    You will also beed arimidex to start this cycle. Nolvadex is not going going to stop conversion to estrogen and using it with deca can cause more sides. So here is how I would dose it. 10-12 wks. 450 test and 300 deca split into 2 shots. Then 3 wks after last shot, start 100mg clomid for 7 days. Then 14-21 days at 50mg a day. During the cycle, 250u HCG IM 2x wk
