Hey Pro. Thank you again for answering these questions. I have found them very helpful. I have run a few cycles and my girlfriend is interested in running one herself. I was planning on setting her up with a Clen + Anavar cycle but I had two random questions. Since information on women is hard to find I was hoping you could help. 1. She has joint problems and I was curious as to what the effects of Deca are for women and a recommended dosage if this is a possibility for a female. I have taken Deca before and my joints improved dramatically2. Is there any PCT required for women or can they just stop their cycle cold turkey and return to normal? I have had trouble finding information on this online.Thank you again for your help

Steroids are male hormones. She needs to be really careful with what she takes. No offense to you, but if she is relying on you to keep her safe instead of learning on her own and asking her own questions, I have to question her commitment and understanding for what she is getting herself into. Have her come to the QA and ask for herself. I would be happy to direct her. That said, starting with 5mg var is a good place to begin. If that is good at 4 wks in, she could increase to 10mg for another 4 wks. then take a break. Clen is also fine. She does not want to use deca for a number of reasons. The most important thing i want you to understand is that steroids are a totally different animal in females than how they react in your and my body. What seems basic for us will literally produce side effects in her that will not go away, ever. Understand that what we call HRT dosing of gear is the same thing a female would use to transition in a sex change. So stick with the var and clen for her level of experience and have her come here to ask future questions on her own. You’ll see for yourself how committed she is. If she doesn't show an interest in educating herself, you’ll see how important this really is to her. If its not that important, I would not push her to take even anavar. She can still get sides from that, such as increased facial hair growth. If she's not committed, living with that for the rest of her life may not be something she wants to deal with
