Clen and T3 for fat loss. Along with cardio and the right diet. Really, you should be able to get 85% of the way to very lean condition without these things. Then the fat burners take you that much further. So if you didn't get there before, something was off with the diet. With clen, I would start at 20, then every 2 wks increase by 20mcg. Go no higher than 120mcg. Then off for a break. With T3, I would let the clen do its thing first for awhile and get the fat loss moving before adding T3. Then when you do, when progress slows, 25mcg every day. Eventually you could go up by 12.5 each time, going to maybe 50. Then when you are done, taper off, over a couple week period.
