GH is a longer term investment into your physique and how much you use comes down to your wallet. I would use no less than 2iu for no less than 16 wks. If you can do more, 3-4iu would be better and running it non-stop would be ideal. But you will see some effects in 16 wks. that said, the results of gh are not as dramatic as steroids but long term, I think it can make a nice difference.
