How long for first cycleon: 2017-08-23 21:34:13Hey I'm new to this and looking for advice on how to do my first cycle. My friend told me I should run 400mg sustannon a week with .5mg of arimidex a day for 8-12 weeks. For PCT to use 100mg nolvadex and 100 mg clomid a day for 4-6 weeks. Now how long should my first cycle be? Is this a good combination? I'm 5'8 192lbs and want to build lean mass and strength.

welcome to the QA bro. If you look at the previous answers, you’ll see that this one comes up a lot. My suggestion is to use a single ester test because its easier to manage and keep blood levels steady. I would use test e or cyp. The rest looks good!
