Naturally produced GH is disrupted by insulin but exogenous works regardless of carbs and insulin. Mainly, you just want to make sure you take it, period, and it will work! I have learned that pre workout may be optimal for GH but I don't see a huge difference between AM and pre workout. I also haven't seen much difference in my clients. The only thing i will say about timing is, you may get a little more fat loss from it if you take it first thing in the AM before fasted cardio. Outside of that, take it when you want. At 3iu, one dose is fine. When I get to 6iu or more, I prefer to split it into 2 shots. I just personally feel like I get more out of it that way but really, if there is a difference, its marginal.
