    hey there.. im sure this gets annoying, but I don't want to buy something that isn't right and wont work. im 34 male 5'9 210 I eat pretty clean and healthy but just cant seem to drop the weight or get very toned. I don't know what would be best to do drop the weight then start to build mass or just go off the body fat I have now and build the muscle? I'm wanting to do injectable over oral so any help would be greatly appreciated

     If you are above 12-14% body fat, I would suggest working on cutting first. Get rid of some of the fat so that when you do add food to grow, you don't get overly fat in the process. A Steroid will support what you do nutritionally. So if you want to diet and lose fat, they will mainly help you to maintain muscle while losing fat. Some steroids will make the muscle look drier while you are on them, which can be a visual benefit while dieting, but that doesn't mean it’s helping you get leaner. Some steroids will add water weight and roundness and strength and that will support your efforts if you are attempting to grow. All steroids are variations of the male hormone testosterone. Thats your foundation no matter what your goals are and if you had to pick one steroid to do everything with, it would be test. Starting with that, a good beginners dose of test is 400-500mg every week along with arimidex to control estrogen. I would suggest starting this when you are ready to add muscle. You'll get a lot out of this first cycle so you want to be in a position where you can add a lot of the right foods without getting too fat in the process. I would suggest running this plan for 10-12 wks. If you want to amp it up a small dose of an oral like Dbol will help to get you making progress fast. 25-30mg every day for the first 4-6 wks is how I would suggest using this. Then when the cycle is over you want to think about post cycle therapy. You want to restart your natural test. This is just as important as the muscle you gained…if you want to keep that muscle! So 2 wks after your last shot, 100mg clomid for 7 days, Then 14 days at 50mg every day. Best of luck brother!
