    Appetite help

HelloFirst and foremost, thank you very much for taking the time to read and answer my question. I'm looking to start my 4th cycle through naps here soon and have a couple questions. my 1st cycle was sustanon and tren and had great results putting on almost 15 pounds. My second consisted of sustanon and deca. I had good results putting on almost 10 pounds but had a nasty time rebounding from the deca. My most recent cycle was made up of sustanon and EQ but didn't have the results I was hoping for. My question is, with my 4th cycle coming up im looking to stack some test with some tren and hopefully something to help my appetite? I started before cycling as a 135 pound man and have Rose to about 170. I find myself still eating like a smaller me and have a wicked time having the appetite to eat 5 to 6 times a day. Any help you could give me would be much appreciated whether it's in tweaking my cycle or anything. Thank you very much

Im glad to see you realize how important diet is to reaching your goals. For many of us, the hard part is eating enough to grow. Some people get a hunger effect from EQ but I have never seen it. GHRP 6 can help with appetite but I don't get a great benefit from that either. What I do find helpful is picking foods that will leave me hungry, meaning foods that hare high in complex carbs and clean protein while keeping the fats low. Fats slow digestion and will leave you feeling full for longer. Try reducing fats and leaning toward more clean carbs and see how that works for you. Also, keep a little cardio in. 25 min, 4x wk will help to spark some appetite. If you do this AM fasted, you’ll find yourself extra hungry for your meals earlier in the day. Then if you train hard in the afternoon or evening, you’ll one again be hungry for those later meals. But no matter what, this is where the hard work comes in. Most guys aren't willing to eat enough to really add freaky muscle. If you want to get truly big, you are going to have to suffer for it and in this case, that means eating into some discomfort. A good probiotic ED and digestive enzyme with every meal will help. Like I said, you could try adding GHRP6 too. I know Naps has that and if you wanted, you could add a low dose of EQ along with your test and tren. Best of luck bro. Just remember man. Most people aren't willing to eat the sheer volume of food it takes to reach their goals. If you don't put the effort in (which is a lot of effort, I understand), you may not reach yours either. Im sure you want this badly Just remember how bad you want it, each time you’re thinking about tapping out early on those big meals.
