At 21, you wont get a huge recovery benefit, the way you would see if you were older, simply because your natal level is probably quite high. So just keep that in mind. As for dosing, I would suggest at least 2-3 IU a day, taken first thing in the AM. I would take it IM in a muscle that has little fat covering the site. This way you can better ensure that you are getting the gh into a muscle and not into fat. I would use this for at least 16 wks to get an effect. Best of luck with your recovery.
