Being on a limited budget I would skip the igf and invest more money into GH. 2iu to 4iu day is what I would suggest, for as long as you can run it. With insulin, just keep the dosing infrequent to avoid fat gains. I would suggest starting out using it on heavy training days, legs back and chest. Then the rest of the days off per week. See how that goes first for a few weeks before using it more often.
