    I wanted to be smart and take 250mgs of test E. my first cycle... my question is what would the pct look like laid out..? people say to use all kinds of different things. second question is should I start my first cycle before my show during or after in your opinion..? my last question is what do you recommend injecting with vs drawing with. I ask you being that you're an IFBB pro and my goal is to be a pro one day. thank you!

    Hey bro, I’m all for moderation but at 250mg EW, your levels aren't going to be much higher than the high end of normal. This is just a tiny bit higher than an average replacement dose. I would go to at least 375mg. 500mg would be acceptable. But 375 (1.5cc of 250mg test) would be the lowest I would go. Along with this, adex but for this dosing will be individual. .5mg 3x wk to 1mg EOD. Somewhere in there for estrogen control. Then 2 wks after last shot, PCT. Clomid 100mg for 7 days. 50mg for 14 days
