    Injured

Due to a recent injury along with shoulder tendon tears I ended up with few herniated discs in my back. I can not imagine a life without low rep deadlifts! lol. Any advise to keep building new muscle in the back department the same way as before. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

This is a tough one to deal with. Its going to take figuring out what exercises work for you. I’ve seem guys build great backs without squats. T Bar, BB rows, DB rows. These are great heavy movements that will help you get to your goals. How well these work for you will depend on your injury but hey if you can do them, take advantage brother and instead of just doing heavy weight for low reps, try to focus on getting more out of the movement through controlling your reps, slow negatives, holding contractions, rest pause, etc
