If she was using anti estrogens and is off of them now, she will want to see whats going on with her hormone levels.This could be part of the problem. Of course, diet and cardio are going to be key. Being prone to cancer, a keto diet has been shown to be helpful with cancer. Weight training willl help dramatically with fat loss and increasing her metabolism. Understand that diet and exercise is going to be 100% necessary for her to get into shape even with supplements. If this weight gain is serious, it will effect her health in the long run. As long as she is not suffering heart issues, this is a great drug for fat loss. 20mcg for 2 wks. Then increase to 40 for 2 wks. then 60 for 2 wks. Then 80 for 2 wks. Then a month off. Next Metformin if she is using a diet with carbs. This controls blood sugar. 500mg a day taken with her last carb meal.
