If you keep gh at a lower dose, the sides are going to be minimal. 3-4iu, long term. At least 4 months but if you can run it for a year or better yet, not come off, you’re even better off. I don't look at GH as part of an AAS cycle. Its its own thing. You can run it before during and after your cycle. You will of course make the best progress while on gear but while off gear, you will maintain muscle more easily and stay leaner. If you want to just give it a try on cycle and see what you think, 3-4iu for at least 16 wks would be my suggestion
