Im going to copy and paste the same advice I gave the last guy because I feel the exact same thing can apply to you. He is 270 and said he wants to lose fat and grow… Sounds like you have a decent amount of fat to lose and thats going to take some time, probably longer than the period of one cycle. There are a couple things I want to talk about here. First is the idea of cutting fat and growing muscle. For someone that is more advanced, gaining a few lbs of muscle a year is a great accomplishment. It takes great effort. For someone that has a lot of room to grow, the muscle will come on more easily but it still takes a lot! Strictly speaking, to grow you need to be in a surplus. To lose fat you need to be in a deficit. So the two ideas are contrary. My thought is, first focus on the fat loss. In this process, you will get more insulin sensitive. Don't focus on “bulking” until you get super lean. As far as gear goes, I would get as much fat off as possible first. Gear is there to help you retain muscle while you diet the fat off. Thats something you have to worry about when you are very lean. As for now, you can make small changes to the diet and keep losing fat while keeping protein high. You can use things like clen, ECA and helios to help with fat loss.Set a realistic number to get to before starting the cycle. If you are 270 now and I assume a high body fat, I would work on getting down to say 230 before starting. Once you start your cycle, the days start counting down until the cycle is over and you’ll need to dial back the diet some. As far as gear, when you do start, test e or cyp, adex to control estrogen, Set this up for 16 wks. 500mg is plenty. adex at around 1mg EOD to ED. Then at 10 wks left, add Masteron E or GP Mast 200 at 300-400mg EW. You can use fat burners along the way, clen and a low dose of T3. If money isn't a concern, you can start GH at 3iu ED and run that from the time you start dieting and through the cycle.
