Great question. After you bulk, you want to keep calories high enough to support the new muscle while you go through PCT and then while you recover after PCT. I would suggest not cutting at all until you have totally recovered your natural test levels. The old school rule of thumb was time on plus PCT equals the amount of time you should take off to recover. But in our modern day, we know you can get labs done to test and see if you are ready sooner. So I would either follow the rule or if you want to try for sooner, get labs to make sure you have recovered at around 6 wks after your PCT is over
