    Hi pro. Really appreciate your help. I been stacking on and off for about 8 years and learned a lot the hard way. Trying to not kill my kidneys or liver since this will be the strongest stack I have ever done. Need your help. My long term goal is to attempt a physique show. I am 37, 6”, about 234lbs(fluctuates daily). This is what I am thinking about doing:Pin- M W F600mg tren e a week600mg Test e a week600mg eq (the test and eq from geneza in 1 vial)A-bombs 1 pill 50mg a day for 4 weeks to kick startMilk thistle everyday to cleanse3 iu godtropin daily ( should I skip sat & sun or pin everyday or even pin more) started the godtropi.n about 2 months ago already and stopped my clomid about 2 weeks ago for I was using as pct came off a cycle 2 months or more ago. - Goal is I want to look really lean and big. - diet sucks. I am trying but still eat pizza and not so healthy stuff. I have good genetics so I been lucky. I would say I haven’t checked yet, but possibly 14-16% body fat. Long term goal is a show so I and trying to get someone to help me eat 100 percent clean. Just being honest and could use your expertise for one day I would like to get on your level and understanding of all of this. Thank you

    Hey brother, I respect that you are being honest about your diet so I am going to be honest with you. There is no sense in running a big cycle if you don't get the food part right. You aren't going to make up for the diet with gear and you wont get to your goals. Im not saying this to shoot you down. I’m just putting to you straight so that you might get more serious and do what you need to do to get to your goals. Look at it this way. This is a lot of gear right? Why would you push your health, invest the money and take the time without doing what it takes to get the most out of your plan? So from here forward, be honest with yourself. We all only live once and if you want to get on stage, this is the time to pull it together and start making the choices that reflect your goals. No one ever once made me eat pizza. It is always a choice haha. I’m just shooting to you straight. There are a lot of people out there that like the idea of competing and looking great, but there are far fewer guys that will actually do what it takes. The beautiful thing about this sport is that your results are a reflection of your work. If you work hard, you will be rewarded with reaching your goals. For the compounds you are using, there is no need for more frequent injections. A cycle of 600 test, 600 eq and 300 tren e would probably be more than enough. Tren is a strong drug. If you get to 6 wks in and feel like thats not enough, then maybe consider increasing but with everything else you’re doing, you should do very very well on this cycle without needing to go higher, as long as you eat clean. Heres what I would tell myself. I’d say I’m 37. This is now or never. If you don't get it right in the next couple years, theres a chance you never will. Nothing wrong with that if you don't want to compete, but if you do and you put in the work, you will be so happy you did!
