    Bicep tendon repair

Hey man, it’s been a while since I submitted anything. I’m glad to see your still at it though. I recently tore my distal bicep tendon while competing. I have surgery in 3 weeks and was thinking of running hgh and some peptides to hopefully help the post surgery recovery. I have run a few cycles of gh in the past and loved it even at a dose as low as 3-4 iu’s a day. So I was thinking a low dose of gh 3iu’s split morning and afternoon, 50mcg IGF lLR3 daily I.M. to the affected area, and a low dose of eq (200/wk) for a good red blood cell count. I was also reading some good things about TB-500. So I would love to hear your thoughts around this as well as any suggestions around dosages, timings and any compounds you feel would be beneficial to the recovery process. Also I will train within my pain tolerance till surgery and after I will get back to everything I can while my arm is in a brace. I will quickly be able to use a few machines that allow my arm to bent at 90* as well as squats and good mornings with a safety squat bar and leg accessories.

Sorry to hear about the issue you’ve run into here. I hope your recovery is speedy. I think everything you are laying out sounds good I don't think you need to inject IGF or TB close to the site so if that becomes an issue, just put it into any muscle you are comfortable with. It is systemic and will travel through the body once it hits the blood stream. I have seen good success with BPC at around 300mcg 2x day. I have also used 500-600mcg in one shot and saw little difference. I have not used TB but have worked with a number of people that have liked it at 5-10mg a week, broken up into 3 shots. My thought with these peptides is that sometimes less is more. I would try a lower dose first and see what you get out of it, maybe 250mcg BPC, 5mg TB, plus your planned dosing on gh, igf and EQ. Anavar may be another option for regeneration, much like EQ, increasing collagen production. With he shorter half life, it will build and work faster. Keep me posted brother and best of luck
