GH can be taken sub q or IM. The release is slightly faster IM and the peak is higher. With sub q, the peak is not as high but blood levels stay up a little longer. As for the difference in the colored tops, I think they are going to be fairly similar from color to color. As in, when compared to something like Humatrope, they will all come much more close to one another. Serum tests are not the be all, end all, but you can see they are mostly resulting in the same ball park.
