It  will all vary on your body. Everyone is different. On average, 1/2mg  to 1mg EOD on adex for a test dose of 500 to 750 EW. Off cycle, there is little need for it unless you have high natural estrogen. In either case, the best way to know for sure exactly what your body needs is to get your estrogen and test levels checked. For nolvadex, I dont suggest using it on cycle unless someone gets gyno. I would save it  for PCT otherwise.
