Hey brother, I have worked with many people that have difficult work schedules that include travel. It can get tricky. Each situation is unique but many people have schedules that require them to be out of town for periods of time. Then back home for periods. They may have busy seasons where training would be a lot harder to stick to and periods where they can get in more often. Another important aspect is the diet. This is just as important as training and traveling makes it harder to get in clean foods on a consistent basis. When traveling, you sometimes don’t know what is going to happen next. Prepping meals when you can along with planning gym training when you can will make a difference. Its hard to help you plan these things now since I am not looking directly at your schedule. But just understand that you can take some level of control. Then you have to let go of the rest and go with the flow, making the best choices you can. Im sure you can do some body weight work while traveling and then gym work when that is an option and make improvements from where you are now. As for supplements, yep, you nailed it . For your age and goals, test and gh are great opitons. You may even qualify for test replacement which would legally allow you to travel with your gear. I have a client that does this.
