As you bulk up, eat enough to grow but not so much that fat gains happen rapidly. If needed, mini dieting through an off season is an option. That way you don't have to struggle to lose a lot of fat when it comes time to diet. As far as how long to wait. The rule of thumb is time on plus pct is the equal to the amount of time you should take off, but really, you can get labs done through one of the many online lab companies to see how well you are recovered to get back on as soon as test levels are back and organ health is back in check. After PCT, I would get labs after 8 wks, see where you are. If you are happy with the results, no reason not to get back on your next cycle.
