My thought would be to keep test at a dose similar to what you used before. Of corse use an AI and be sure to keep even a closer eye on estrogen while dieting down for optimal results. Remember that the main thing that is going to get you lean is the diet. So if you wanted to run a 12 wks or 16 wk cycle I would start with just the test and AI to allow more time to get into shape with diet and cardio. Then when you have about 10 wks left, start the tren. I would start that at 50mg EOD. Then at 5 wks left, go up if you desire, top end being 100mg EOD. With the T3, I only use it if needed. If you are progressing, I wouldn't add it. If you hit a sticking spot anywhere from 12 wks left in the diet or less, I would add 25mcg taken first thing in the AM, on empty. You can go a little higher over time. Like 37.5 several weeks after starting. Maybe 50mcg split into 2 doses, toward the end but no higher than that. With the winstrol, 50-100mg for the last 6 wks of the diet to get a more dramatic, dry cosmetic effect.
