I was turned on to this site by a close friend. He was considering starting a stack after seeing results of one of his coworkers. After looking around the site everything is quite overwhelming. I have no idea where to start. I am 5'10" 189 lbs. I've worked out naturally in the past and never saw the results I wanted. I know diet and nutrition plays a key role and I have started getting that under control. Would anyone have any suggestions as to where to start?

Hey brother, first off, glad you are asking questions. Remember, you don't need to be in any rush to get started. And you are right, nutrition is the key to making a cycle work. Gear only allows your body to better use the food and training to your advantage, allowing you to absorb more of the protein you eat and allow you to recover from harder training. As much as it seems “hardcore”, the safest route for cycling is with injectables. They are not as harsh on your body and they produce real, lasting results without the stress on the liver and cholesterol that orals have. So a basic starting cycle is testosterone E or Cyp 400-500mg EW split into 2 shots per week. Any of the brands Naps Gear has are going to be legit. Naps has been in the business a long time and wouldn't risk their good rep on selling a crappy brand. I’ve always liked Geneza, but there are many new ones including the 4 new EU based labs if you happen to be in that part of the world. Along with test, you want to control the conversion of estrogen. Arimidex or as we call it, adex, at .5mg to 1mg EOD is a good place to start.. 10 wks is a good first cycle and when you are done, wait 2 wks before starting PCT. Clomid 100mg ED for 1 wk. Then 2-3 more weeks at 5mg. All of this said, go back into the QA and read as much as you can. Use this QA to educate yourself.  There is a good chance that if you have a question, someone else has asked it too. You will learn so much by reading!
