    Hello, you may not remember but you just answered my first question the 20th of July this year 2018. You have a ton of advice I want to kind of bounce back and forth with you if possible. At the end of your answer you said for me to do one thing which is come back and share with you which I love that even though you don’t know me you still take that “coach like” responsibility with me and that shows me a lot and means a lot. So for that I truly appreciate it. I did want to update you as your response did take a little over a month. I’m a slightly impatient person but hey who isn’t. So I did order clen and t3 and have actually been taking it for exactly two weeks now. I started when I weighed 215 pounds. Which is a good amount less than I was when I first posted on here. I started out taking 40mcg of Gp clen a day and 50mcg of Gp t3 a day. I know a tad higher than your recommended. You probably wouldn’t be happy that I plan on jumping up in higher increments as well. But I will be honest I had planned too. I had to now be taking two weeks off and jumping up to 80mcg of clen a day and 75mcg of t3 a day. Taking two weeks off and jumping up to 120mcg of clen a day and dropping back down to 50mcg of t3 a day. I have actually been doing a weekly Vlog on napsgear about my progress. I’d say go check it out but for some reason it is still pending review which sucks. But I’ll tel you my progress. Everything has been going great. My diet and everything has been in check except for one night where I went a little crazy this last Wednesday. But that was due to me getting engaged so give me a break haha. Before that night I was sitting at 202 and now I’m currently still recovering from that night and I’m sitting at 203.4 as of this morning. Now what i had planned was this. Finish up this cycle as it’s going pretty well and see how thin I get. I’ve noticed a big change in my physique I still have that muffin top where the fat is starting to accumulate. But it’s actually good it shows I’m losing a lot of fat. I can actually aee where my ribs should be! Very exciting stuff for me. I had then though that after this cycle to start doing a bulk. I really want to put on muscle. I had looked at the pre designed stacks on napsgear the lean bulk ones. All of gen interested me and I hadn’t decided on which one to do but it was out of those like three options. I’m still young and my dream is crazy as it sounds to actually go pro in bodybuilding. I know it’s a long shot but I’ve worked my ass off so far and I truly want this. It’s crazy that I now weigh less than I have since like fourth grade. I’ve always been big and now I finally have the dedication to change my body and life. And to me that is all I need that mindsetZ but anyways back to the topic at hand. I wanted to kind of see what you thought of this idea opinions or anything at all you have to add. I know this is a long question and I apologize I know you’re a busy man. I was looking into blasting and cruising. I can see the benefits and the downsides to it and I wanted your opinion as well. I wish there was someway we could have slightly faster communication but I completely understand. If you do have one and deem me worthy enough I’d love to be able to communicate faster and bounce ideas back and forth with you. I appreciate your time sir.

    Hey brother, yes, I do remember you! Sorry for the delay in response. We had a technical issue that held everything up but I’m glad you did eventually get it and I’m glad to hear from you. I will share one more piece of advice here and thats on my mind set for the previous advice I had shared. Look at the drugs, diet and cardio like playing a game of cards. Each tool we have are good cards, aces, kings, queens. If you have an ace, you want to do everything you can before you play it. The biggest downfall I see people make that keeps them from reaching their potential is that they play all their good cards in the first couple hands. Sure they will make progress but eventually, no matter who you are and no matter how good of shape are already in when you start, eventually you run out of cards. We all do. Most people could get a lot leaner. I see so many guys that pull out too much food, start with too much cardio and begin with all the drugs. Hell, before I knew better, I did it!!! (ashamed to say but I was young once too haha). So my advice is to help you with the big picture, to take you as far as you can. It’s GREAT to hear you’ve come so far brother and I wish you further success. Do come back to brain storm when needed
