Yes sir you can stack these 3 things together. GH is something I would suggest running long term. More like 4 months at the least. I would prefer to say 6 months minimum but 4 is enough. The effects are long term. I just don't come off it. It has noting to do with recovery from steroids, so no worries there. Same with your GF. She should be much safer using gh than gear. There are some long term changes she might see with high dosing for years but at say 2iu,she is fine. As I suggested with you, this should be run long term.
