Thank you for answering my previous question about a good cycle for an old man, really appreciate you taking the time to do that [Fist Bump]....I'm wondering about PCT and and If I'm on TRT at 250mg a week, do I still need to consider a PCT after my cycle? And if I have no high estrogen symptoms during my cycle do you still recommend adex during the cycle? As am experiment i cut back on my adex to .5 twice a week, felt no difference in energy or strength and no sensitivity or itching around the nips. Should i still do adex EOD?.....Last question. my wife wants to know if your Next Level Nutrition fees are for one person? Meaning could both of us use the same plan and diet?

No need for PCT if you do TRT between cycles. I would still use adex though. Some guys might have estrogen at crazy high levels without even knowing. Ive seen a guy who was getting no signs of gyno at 300 on his estrogen reading!!! You still want to keep it in check. The only way to know is with blood work. Othewise, I would just use the adex at .5 to 1mg EOD still. You can try to dose on the lower side but just remember E can be really high with no gyno. It’ll still cause issues in other areas. The key is to find a balance and know what works for you to stay in the lower end of normal. As for my diets, depending on portion sizes that relate to the clients size and body fat, my diets all start out similar. But then we follow your progress every few days to every week and adjust the plan as needed to get better and better progress. I can honestly say that no 2 diets have every been the same. It all comes down to the person’s needs. Some people do better with some foods than others. Even meal timing can be unique. I just listen to your body and adjust as needed to get your best results. So Im not trying to be secretive about the process haha. When we start the diet, I dont even know what your diet is going to look like 10 wks from now. If you saw the process for yourself, it would make a lot more sense.
