one pill is a good place to start. This is a VERY strong pill containing a good amount of clen, T3 and yohimbine, each of which are strong fat burners on their own. I would suggest sticking with that and if you later wanted to increase, you could go to 1.5 tabs. Then later, 2 tabs. But I would spread this increase out over the length of an entire cut. So say you went for 12 wks, I would do 4 wks at 1, then 4 wks at 1.5. Then 4 wks at 2. From there, I would then taper back off over a 2 wk period, slowly reducing over time.
