    When the goal is muscle and strength how should you train and diet during cycle vs training/ dieting during pct and after to maintain as much muscle as possible? Thanks for all the advice and help you give

    When you are on gear, you have more room for error. You can over train and still make progress. Your diet doesn't need to be perfect and you can still make progress. Off cycle, the diet needs to be more exact so you don't lose muscle and don't gain too much fat. With training, you want to train hard but not spend hours in the gym with endless sets. Try to keep your strength up and try to keep lifting heavy. Most important, you need to watch your response. If you are not recovering as fast, you want to think about what you can adjust to improve recovery. Less sets? More food? Its all going to depend on what your body is doing. With PCT, you want to be extra careful to not lower calories too fast after you have gained muscle. A lot of guys want to start getting cut right after a bulk but you need to take time and let your body get used to the new size. And most important, put yourself in the best place possible to recover. Without your natural test levels returning to normal, you will struggle to maintain your muscle. So solid PCT, not running your cycle too long, HCG on cycle can be a big help.
