Ok so GH will offer some fat loss as one of it’s benefits. You also get the benefit of anti-aging, meaning better skin, hair, nails, better muscle retention and much more. That said, for fat loss, GH is not what I would consider the best fat burner. I wouldn't even consider it to be a great one. You will get tighter over the long haul. My thought would be that if you wanted to use GH as part of a long term program for overall better health, 2iu a day every day taken first thing in the morning. As for brands, you can use any of the brands Naps carries. The generic colored tops are going to be the most effective. As you go up in cost, you pay for quality that may be a little better, a product that might be a little more pure and the likelihood of better consistency. You can use this every day or if you want to save money, you can do it 5 days on, 2 off. I would use this for at least 16 wks to get a good effect. If you can run it longer term, thats even better. For the short term, if you want to look into something like clen, that will give you results that will happen right away assuming your diet and cardio is right. You can start with 20mcg every day, then increase to 40 in 2 wks, then 60 2 wks later. Then 80 for 2 wks. Then 100 and after 2 wks of that, take a month off and start again.
