Yes, both. On cycle you want to use arimidex to reduce the conversion to estrogen and post cycle Clomid to recover. So dosing on adex depends on your gear dose but if you are using test at 500mg or so, I would start with .5mg EOD and use more if needed. Post cycle, clomid at 100mg every day for the first week. Then 50mg ED for the next 2-3 wks. When you start the clomid depends on the test you use. I would use Test E or Cyp. In this case, you would start 2 wks after last shot
