Hey brother, so what a steroid does is allows you to store even more food as muscle. If you want to grow muscle that you can maintain after the cycle is over, you need to learn to eat enough to grow. The steroids will help you to better store the food you eat, but if its not enough food to grow new muscle, you wont be able to maintain the muscle when you come off the gear. This is a vicious cycle, no pun intended. So start there. At 155 lbs, I would suggest using at least 250g protein a day, making sure that most of it is from whole food sources, eggs, chicken, fish, beef, etc. Then if you want to do a couple shake on top of that to reach your total each day, cool. As for gear, I would save the deca for a future cycle. Many reasons. It can be harder to recover from though. Thats a big reason. Instead, I would use test cyp or test e and go with 375 to 500mg every week. Plus arimidex at .5mg to 1mg every other day for estrogen control. I would pick up enough test to do 10 wks strainht. Then you will want to do PCT of clomid starting 2 wks after your last shot. If you wanted to do more, get some dbol or tbol or anavar and run that at 50mg for the first 6 wks of the plan to kick start the cycle, while you wait for the test to kick in. Remember brother, it’s all about the food. If you are a hard gainer, you will need even more food. You have your work cut out for you but believe me. If you want to get big bad enough, you can do it.
