Hey brother, with HGH, a lot comes down to cost. I have heard good results with the generics at Naps. I have not used the colored generics but I have used their hyge. Very good consistent quality and still cheaper than the US pharma stuff. You could get away with 2-3iu a day. Really for most people, gh doesn't make you gain muscle. It will however keep you leaner while you add food in and bulk. That will put you in a great position to eating enough to really grow without getting fat. Plus it will improve your recovery. I would suggest either 2-3iu a day taken in the morning or preworkout. Or another popular way would be to use 5-6 iu every other day, therefore not effecting your blood sugar levels.
