Just keep in mind that it’s hard to gain a ton of muscle while lowering the food enough to lose fat. If you are new to the sport, you can probably grow some while dieting but just a FYI, it’s hard to do both at once and sometimes people end up spinning their wheels. Lean drier gains but not messing with your joints. Plus winny is highly a cosmetic drug. If you arent in super lean when you start, you may not see the look you want to see.
