Combining Insulin and GH works well for a lot of reasons. First off, GH can make you insulin resistant making it harder to gain muscle. Insulin will help to balance that out. If your goal is to gain muscle, this is a solid plan. But using it in a cutting phase can be more tricky. Figure insulin shuttles more nutrients to storage. thats both in fat and muscle I stay away from it mostly on a cut. I’ll use it for re-feeds and maybe earlier in the diet on days I train specific body parts Im trying to keep from going flat. Overall though, you can slow your fat loss with it. My suggestion on dosing is to start very low. You’ll feel the difference in fullness and pumps with just a few iu insulin.
