    im finishing a dbol and sust250 cycle now, and looking towards the next one. i wanna bulk but less water i wanna start working towards defined hard muscle. tren E200 for 5wksdeccafor 10wks and sust270 10-12wks. im now at 200lbs eating 8meals 5000cals and 300-350grms. of protien a day i gained over 20lbs on that diet so far this cycle and im only doing 250mg a week of the sust now.

    if the next cycle is your second cycle, i would not use tren. tren is a powerful drug and yeilds some good results but also can have a lot of side effects making the cycle somewhat uncomfortable. not to mention, at cycle 2, you can still get awesome gains using far less. something like EQ is a great anabolic and at around 600mg will yeild some great, lean results along with 500mg test. personally, i always rotate my test choice from cycle to cycle, so if i used sust on this cycle, i would move to cyp or test e for the next. throw in an oral kick start for 6 wks, and you will do very well.


     


    if you do choose to use tren, i would opt for tren ace for your first run. tren e should be run for longer than 6 wks because of the long half life. 8-10 would be ideal, but ace can be run for 6 wks, no problem. it kicks in fast and if the side effects get to be too much, you can lower the dose or stop your shots and the eides will quickly reduce. with tren e, it may take weeks to feel relief. if you run ace, i would start at 50mg EOD and after you see how you feel, bump it to 75mg EOD. if you are comfortable with that, you can go as high as 100mg EOD, but i would go no higher than that. personally, i find that side effects are reduced when i break my dose down into ED shots. it can be a pain in the ass, but its worth the even hormone levels to me. best of luck with whatever choice you make. 


     


    and be sure to take a decent break after this cycle. come off, do PCT and allow yourself time to recover
